Late Summer Psalm

Dustin Bolton’s Rhode Island School of Design Thesis film Late Summer Psalm.  A visually striking dramatic look into the life of a young man and his brooding sharecropper father on a desolate Mississippi farm. The film explores the relationship between the spirit of pain and that of hope embodied in the dynamic yet intrinsically connected man and child. Screened at Rhode Island Film fest and marking the vision of the filmmaker Late Summer Psalm is a triumph in expression in the craft of animation.
